Chen Ye，dramabass
[Abstract]:
Chen Ye is a drama bass. In 2002-2006, he was specialized in singing in concerts and got his Master’s Degree from National Academy of Music and Drama, Hanover. In 2008-2008, he pursued opera performance and got a diploma for performer in University of Indiana, US; in 2011-2014, he got a doctorate on vocal music performance in University of Minnesota; and in 2014-2015, he was a repetiteur in Research Institute of Opera in Peking University.
He once participated in concerts for many times and used to sing several German and Austria songs and oratorio. He is skilled at singing operas by Wagner, Verdi, Punccini and other composers.
He used to star Sarastro in Magic Flute, the opera, the marquis in The Lady of the Camellias, King Phillips in Don Carlos, the opera, Pistola in Falstaff, Kezal in Brides Sold Out, Bartolo in Marriage of Figaro, Colline in Boheme and Hagen in Gotterda mmerung;
